Little iLEADers offers care for infants ages 6 weeks through 18 months in a nurturing, warm and safe environment through respectful and meaningful relationships. Our goal is to provide a home away from home for your baby. We believe that the caregiving routines are part of the curriculum and ensure that each diaper change, nap, and feeding will be provided by caring and respectful caregivers, who will get to know your child’s individual needs. We offer small groups with no more than six infants and a 1:3 teacher-to-child ratio.
Little iLEADers offers care for children ages 18 months through 36 months in a nurturing, warm, and safe environment, allowing toddlers to be toddlers! We provide developmentally appropriate hands-on experiences, including safe spaces to dump, pour, and discover! Through the power of play, your child will become empowered with imagination, wonder, and a strong sense of self. We focus on social-emotional development, problem solving skills and positive self esteem. We provide small groups with no more than 10 children and a low 1:5 teacher child ratio.
Little iLEADers focuses on the developmental needs of all children and structures its environment with respect to each child’s particular learning style in a mixed-age-group setting. Our preschool program provides care for children ages three through five. The environment, inside and outside, is rich in the materials young children require in order to grow physically, socially, intellectually, and emotionally. They will explore hands-on sensory experiences, including mud play and water play. Every day your child will have the opportunity to explore, discover, and wonder through play and active learning. We offer small groups with no more than 24 children and a low 1:8 teacher-to-child ratio.
